By using this website, you signify your acceptance of these terms and conditions of use.
For the purposes of these terms and conditions, “Us”, “Our” and “We” refers to ‘Aster la Vista’ and “You” and “Your” refers to you, the client, visitor, website user or person using our website.

Please note there is a NO cancellation policy in place on Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and at Christmas. Once bespoke orders have been placed, they cannot be cancelled for any reason.
Large orders will be subject to a consultation and a deposit.
As part of your wedding/event/sympathy order we will require personal details including an accurate address/phone number and email address.
Payment can be made by bank transfer. We also accept major cards and PayPal.
All products are subjective to availability. There will be times when some flowers will be out of season and/or not available.
We will guide you through what is available for your order. In an event we can’t provide a particular item will contact you as soon as practicably possible.
We hold the right to substitute material to an alternative of the same value and quality should we encounter supply issues.
Delivery of bouquets/handtieds.
We make every effort to ensure that the delivery will be made on the requested delivery date/time, it may be apparent that in exceptional circumstances delivery on the agreement of sale may not be possible. If for any reason this should be the case, we will either make alternative arrangements or reimburse the full amount of the order.
Should the recipient not be at home when a delivery is made, we will attempt to deliver to a neighbour and leave a card through the letter box saying where the delivery is.
Wedding and Events
Aster la Vista will provide all the elements listed within your wedding /event quote.
If there are any subsequent changes, an amended quote will be re-issued to reflect the changes.
Large wedding or event orders will have delivery and set up charges included in the quote.
Please note it is your responsibility to ensure that all the floristry requirements are listed on the final quote, on the day the final balance is due.
Any quotes given for weddings or event services will be valid for 60 days.*
Confirmation of your order will require a non-refundable deposit to be paid of £100.
Final payment can be made by BACS 6 weeks prior to your wedding date.
Flower orders will only be placed once payment is received.
If there are delays in payment, we may not be able to secure the exact flower varieties which have been specified for your wedding.
Once orders are placed no refund can be made in any circumstances.
Aster la Vista will not be held responsible for any failures of delivery of special orders by the wholesaler.
In the rare case of delivery failure, we will do all we can to substitute the ordered flowers with the nearest varieties to the original order. Small variations in colour and size may occur.
All flowers will be delivered to you in prime condition in water or suitable packaging for maximum shelf life. It is the responsibility of the receiver / caterer/ venue to make sure the flowers are kept in optimum conditions according to the florist’s instructions.
Aster la Vista will not be held responsible for any degradation of the flowers if these instructions have not been adhered to.
Where flowers are installed prior to an event (the day/days before the event), Aster la Vista will not take responsibility for the shelf life and condition of the flowers between installation and the commencement of the event. Any damages or failed flowers that are replaced will result in an additional charge.
Our quotation includes but is limited too, the provision, delivery and setting up the floral elements of your wedding as specified within our quotation.
Pinning of buttonholes/corsages on dresses/suits is done at the wearers own risk. Aster la Vista will not be responsible for any snagging, staining or tearing to delicate materials by any floral material, pins or fastenings.
Plant material may be harmful if consumed. For young bridesmaids and page boys please make them aware of the dangers of eating any of the elements in their flowers or buttonholes.
We will only be responsible for the transportation of floral elements between venues if conducted by Aster la Vista personnel.
We require adequate access and parking at your chosen venue, any parking costs will be chargeable.
We reserve the right to use your event for publicity and marketing purposes for up to a period of 24 months after your event on our website.
On completion of the specified floral ‘set up’, Aster la Vista will not be responsible for any subsequent breakages, or damage to flowers, arrangements, glassware and sundries.
If choosing the hire option for glassware or sundries, a minimum £50.00 deposit will be required. You will be liable for the replacement cost of damaged or missing hire items.
Aster la Vista shall not be held liable for any failure to perform any of its obligations due to events beyond reasonable control of ‘Aster la Vista’.
For the purposes of this condition ‘Force Majeure’ includes but is not limited to; Natural Events including fire, explosion, floods, Acts of God (as applicable in law) and other natural disasters. Political and Special Events; war, terrorism, riot, sabotage, civil disturbances, official strike or similar dispute.
All Aster la Vista personnel have the right to work in a safe environment and will strictly adhere to all UK statutory health, safety and environmental regulations.
Any verbal or physical threats or abuse from clients, their guests or family members will not be tolerated.
We politely request that children are not allowed to play in the areas where our florists are working.
With respect to Covid 19, Aster la Vista will strictly adhere to all Government guidelines and statutory requirements.
* Due to the volatile nature of the floral markets & product delivery caused by 'Covid', it may be necessary to amend quotes if there is a significant increase in wholesale costs. We will return any deposits paid if this is not acceptable.
Upon cancellation we reserve the right to keep the pre-paid deposit or any monies spent on pre ordered materials and administration fees.
Refunds are at the discretion of ‘Aster la Vista’.
